OWNERSHIP CHANGES

ALL OWNERSHIP CHANGES, INCLUDING ADDRESS CHANGES, MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING AND CANNOT BE HANDLED OVER THE PHONE.

Our goal is to provide a high level of service by answering your inquires in a polite, professional, and timely manner. We strive to return all phone and email messages within 48 hours and appreciate your patience with us.

To better serve you, we ask that when emailing us or leaving us a phone message, please include the following information in your message:

  • Your full name, including the owner name on the account if different
  • Brief reason for your message
  • A daytime phone number, including area code, where you can easily be reached (Note that if you have call blocking, we may have difficulty contacting you by phone)

  • Request must be submitted in writing by email, fax, or mail and must be signed.
  • Include old address, new address, our owner number and your social security number.
